iGym is a fitness center in Denmark that, since reopening after COVID, had experienced a frustrating standstill: each month, roughly the same number of members were signing up as cancelling their memberships. As a result, the member base remained stagnant at around 650 members.
When we began our collaboration in April 2025, the goal was clear: iGym needed to return to consistent growth. And that is exactly what happened. Today—just seven months later—the gym has grown to nearly 900 members, representing an impressive 38.5% increase.

When we help other fitness chains such as Ground (4 locations) and Multi Fitness (11 locations), we often work with campaigns aimed directly at driving new memberships. However, iGym’s business model and customer journey are fundamentally different—which meant their setup required a different approach.
iGym is built around a unique training system where the machines automatically adapt to each individual user via a personal wristband. This creates a distinctive user experience, but it also means that new members need an introduction from a staff member to get the full value. As a result, their customer journey doesn’t start with a membership sign-up, but with a free intro booking, where the team handles guidance, setup, and the subsequent sales process.
This made the collaboration a pure lead generation task: the goal was to create a steady flow of qualified bookings that iGym’s staff could then convert into long-term members.
Let’s find out. We’d love to hear more about your goals and figure out together if we can help you achieve them.
